It’s early in the campaign season, but Brian already is building impressive endorsements from major Washington organizations that stand firmly in his corner.

  • Brian received an "A" rating from Women in Unity, a legislative/political action committee made up of numerous women's organizations in the Puget Sound area.   While Women in Unity does not endorse candidates, Brian is proud to receive the committee's highest rating.

  • The 4,500-member Washington Public Employees Association.
  • Washington State Council of Firefighters, which is made of 6,900 members.
  • Washington Education Association, representing most of the educators across the state.
  • Washington State Democratic Party and numerous affiliated county and legislative district Democratic organizations.

  • District 751 of the International Association of Machinists & Aerospace Workers, AFL-CIO. It represents more than 45,000 employees of Boeing and other companies.
  • The 18,000-member Washington Association of Realtors, which endorsed Brian based on his “promotion of fiscal accountability, performance-based auditing and openness of state and local government.”
  • The Washington Federation of State Employees, whose 19,000 members encompassed a wide variety of state workers, from office workers to correctional officers and Department of Transportation employees.
  • The Building Industry Association of Washington, the predominant voice of the state’s housing industry.  It has 12,500 members.
